Skatepark Open Meeting - Come And Show Your Support....

As a result of the press coverage and the objections to the siting of the skatepark in Inverleith Park from local organisations the council have organised an open meeting to address concerns and allow people to see the proposed skatepark plans in detail.

The open meeting will be on:

Wednesday 17th November, 7.00pm
Edinburgh Academy
Henderson Row
Stockbridge

We are very keen that Skaters and BMXers views are well represented at the open meeting and the support for the park is clearly demonstrated by the numbers of people who turn up, so, we would encourage anyone with an interest in the park to come along and take the opportunity to show your support. It will also be a chance to find out more about the skatepark design as there will be 3D plans and a scale model of the design to view.

This is a chance for you to help ensure Edinburgh gets the skatepark it so desperately needs and deserves so we hope to see you all there.
